These Terms & Conditions govern all use of the 555ra platform by registered players in Bangladesh. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any wager. By using 555ra, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.

Acceptance of Terms

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.
These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and 555ra with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter herein. No variation to these terms is valid unless made in writing and published on the 555ra platform by an authorised representative.
555ra reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time and for any reason. When material changes are made, 555ra will use reasonable efforts to notify registered players — for example, via a notice displayed at login or a message to the email address on file. Your continued use of the platform after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you disagree with a change, your sole remedy is to close your account.
These terms are written in English and governed by English-language interpretation. Any translation provided for convenience does not form part of the legal agreement. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and a translated version, the English version shall prevail.
Important: Creating a 555ra account and placing your first deposit both constitute acceptance of these Terms & Conditions in full. Ignorance of the terms is not accepted as grounds for dispute resolution. Please read this document carefully before registering.
Section 2
Eligibility & Age Restriction
Access to and use of the 555ra platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the platform:
- You are at least 18 years of age. 555ra operates a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions. Any player found to be under the age of 18 will have their account closed immediately, any balance forfeited, and the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities.
- You are registering and playing on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.
- You do not already hold an active 555ra account. Each individual is permitted one account only.
- You are not subject to any self-exclusion or account suspension currently in force on the 555ra platform.
- You are participating in gaming and betting activities solely for personal entertainment and recreation, and not as a professional or commercial activity on behalf of any organisation.
- You are not acting in collusion with other players to defraud the platform or exploit bonus structures.
Age verification is conducted during the registration process. 555ra may request documentary evidence of age at any point — including but not limited to a national identity card, passport, or driving licence. Accounts for which satisfactory age verification cannot be completed will be suspended pending resolution. Funds held in suspended accounts will not be released until verification is complete.

Account Registration & Security
To access the full range of 555ra services — including deposits, withdrawals, casino games, and sports betting — you must register for an account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. 555ra reserves the right to verify any information provided at registration or at any subsequent point during the account lifecycle.
Account security is your responsibility. You must choose a strong, unique password for your 555ra account and must not share your login credentials with any other person. 555ra will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 555ra immediately via live chat so that the account can be secured.
Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, payment method, or any combination thereof — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent suspension of all associated accounts. Any bonuses or winnings generated through duplicate accounts will be voided without exception.
You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, including all bets placed and all deposits and withdrawals initiated. 555ra accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account where that access was made possible by your failure to keep your credentials confidential.
- Provide accurate personal information at registration — false details may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.
- Use a strong, unique password and never share it with anyone.
- Enable two-factor authentication from your account settings for additional protection.
- Notify support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
- Only one account per person — duplicate accounts will be permanently closed.
Section 4
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
555ra supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit is ৳200. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier section of your account and may be updated from time to time.
All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Transactions are generally credited or debited promptly, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and the volume of transactions being handled at the time. bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically completed within one to three hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours.
Withdrawals are subject to verification. 555ra reserves the right to request identity and payment verification documents before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-money laundering and fraud prevention measure. Players who have not yet completed identity verification may experience a delay in withdrawal processing until verification is complete.
Funds deposited into your 555ra account must be your own and must originate from a payment method registered in your name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits made from a payment account belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension. Withdrawal payments will only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible.
Deposits made for the purpose of obtaining a welcome bonus or other promotional offer are subject to the wagering requirements and terms applicable to that promotion. Depositing and immediately withdrawing funds without satisfying any applicable wagering requirement may be considered bonus abuse and may result in the forfeiture of the deposit amount associated with the bonus.
Section 5
Bonuses & Promotions
555ra offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, weekly cashback offers, cricket season promotions, and seasonal festival offers during Eid and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published with each promotion, which take precedence over these general Terms & Conditions where they conflict.
Wagering requirements apply to all bonus funds. Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the promotion's individual terms. Failure to complete the wagering requirement within the specified time period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.
The following general rules apply to all 555ra bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:
- Only one welcome bonus per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
- Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.
- 555ra reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice if there is evidence of abuse, technical error, or where the promotion is no longer commercially viable.
- Bonuses claimed through multiple accounts or via coordinated play intended to guarantee profit regardless of outcome constitute bonus abuse and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.
- Players who have set deposit limits or activated self-exclusion will not receive promotional offers during the active restriction period.
555ra reserves the right to modify the terms of any ongoing promotion with reasonable notice, and to discontinue any promotion at any time. Players are encouraged to read the full terms of any promotion before opting in.
Bonus Abuse Warning: 555ra employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including arbitrage strategies, coordinated play, and the use of multiple accounts. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will be permanently closed and all funds will be forfeited. 18+ only. Gambling involves risk.
Section 6
Betting & Gaming Rules
All bets placed on the 555ra sports betting platform are final once confirmed. A bet confirmation screen is displayed before the bet is submitted — players are responsible for reviewing the bet slip carefully before confirming. 555ra does not accept requests to void or amend bets after they have been placed and confirmed, except where an obvious pricing error has occurred on the platform's side.
Cricket and sports betting markets covering BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures, and other sports are offered subject to the market rules published in the sportsbook section of the platform. Specific rules relating to void bets, abandoned matches, and rain-affected play in cricket are available within each market.
For casino games — including slots, live casino tables, table games, and crash games — the rules of each individual game are governed by the game provider (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Spribe, NetEnt, or Microgaming). In the event of a conflict between a game provider's rules and 555ra's general casino rules, the game provider's rules will take precedence for that specific game.
Technical malfunctions. In the event of a technical fault, network disruption, or server error that affects the outcome of a bet or game round, 555ra reserves the right to void the affected transaction and return the staked amount to the player's account. This decision is final and is not subject to appeal. 555ra accepts no liability for losses incurred due to a technical malfunction beyond the return of the original stake.
Maximum payout limits apply across all betting and gaming products. The maximum single-transaction payout is published in the cashier and is subject to change. 555ra reserves the right to split large payouts across multiple payment transactions where necessary due to payment provider limits.
Section 7
Prohibited Conduct & Fraud
555ra maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward any conduct that undermines the integrity of the platform, harms other players, or constitutes fraud. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all funds:
- Registering or operating more than one account on the 555ra platform, whether under the same or different personal details.
- Using any software, bot, script, or automated tool to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
- Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any other form of sports integrity violation.
- Collusion with other players, including the use of shared information or coordinated strategies designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
- Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to make deposits.
- Initiating unauthorised chargebacks or payment reversals through a bank or payment provider without first attempting to resolve the matter with 555ra support.
- Attempting to exploit software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the platform — any such discovery must be reported to [email protected] immediately.
- Misrepresenting your identity, age, or any other material information provided to 555ra.
Where 555ra suspects fraudulent activity, it reserves the right to freeze an account pending investigation, to request additional verification documents, and to withhold payment of any withdrawal until the investigation is concluded. If fraud is confirmed, the account will be closed permanently and the matter may be referred to law enforcement authorities.
Section 8
Account Closure & Suspension
Voluntary closure. You may request to close your 555ra account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, 555ra will process the closure promptly. Any remaining balance in your account at the time of closure will be paid out to your verified payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds.
Self-exclusion closure. Players who wish to close their account as part of a responsible gaming self-exclusion measure should state this clearly when contacting support. Self-exclusion closure requests are treated with priority. Once a self-exclusion is activated, it cannot be reversed during the self-exclusion period, and 555ra will take all reasonable steps to ensure the player is not re-admitted to the platform during the exclusion period.
Suspension or closure by 555ra. 555ra reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion and without prior notice where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of: breach of these Terms & Conditions; fraudulent or abusive conduct; underage play; failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe; or any other conduct that 555ra determines to be harmful to the platform or its players.
Where an account is closed by 555ra due to a breach of these terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited, particularly where that balance is connected to fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a violation of the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2. 555ra will provide written notification of the closure and the reason wherever reasonably practicable.
