By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the 555ra platform — including the website at 555ra.bet, any associated mobile-optimised interface, or any game or betting service made available through the platform — you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

Technical malfunctions. Where 555ra suspects fraudulent activity, it reserves the right to freeze an account pending investigation, to request additional verification documents, and to withhold payment of any withdrawal until the investigation is concluded. If fraud is confirmed, the account will be closed permanently and the matter may be referred to law enforcement authorities.

Where an account is closed by 555ra due to a breach of these terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited, particularly where that balance is connected to fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a violation of the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2. 555ra will provide written notification of the closure and the reason wherever reasonably practicable.
